Chief Executive Officer
Anthony Murphy serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Lead The Way Learning Academy, where he leads with vision, integrity, and a deep commitment to empowering young people through education, workforce development, and leadership opportunities. Appointed CEO in October 2023, Anthony proudly follows in the footsteps of LTW’s founder and icon, Ms. Jackie Kemp, continuing the organization’s 20-year legacy of impact.

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and a proud graduate of Eastmoor Academy, Anthony has dedicated his career to serving the community that shaped him. His professional journey includes leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, as well as serving as Managing Owner of Cap City Preps. There, he produced Central Ohio’s largest All-Star basketball game for six consecutive years and helped more than 300 student-athletes earn college scholarships by building meaningful relationships with colleges and universities nationwide.
