This week, Lead The Way Learning Academy proudly celebrated our End of Year Summer Awards Ceremony, concluding our 2025 Summer R2E & WEX programming. Over the summer, students earned $15 an hour while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in career pathways that prepare them for long-term success.
We’re thrilled to wrap up another successful summer and to showcase what’s possible when youth, families, funders, and community partners come together with a shared mission—to prepare the next generation for success.
📊 This Summer’s Impact
200+ youth served
72 Pre-Apprenticeships earned in Construction, Electrical Trades, Automotive Trades, and Information Technology
342 Industry Recognized Credentials (IRCs) earned — totaling 1,435 IRC points
119 students earned an IRC seal on their High School Diploma (ODE)
72 students earned a Pre-Apprenticeship seal on their High School Diploma (ODE)
