Lead The Way Participates in the 2024 Multicultural CommUNITY Resource Fair

On October 22, Lead the Way had the privilege of participating in the Multicultural CommUNITY Resource Fair, an inspiring regional event dedicated to uplifting immigrant, refugee, and multilingual families across Central Ohio. This annual gathering continues to grow in scale and impact, bringing together dozens of organizations that share a common mission: ensuring that every student and family has access to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.

A Powerful Display of Partnership and Collaboration

This year’s fair brought together an impressive 55+ community organizations alongside representatives from 58 school districts, creating one of the region’s most robust cross‑sector collaborations. From educational support services and youth‑focused nonprofits to healthcare providers, cultural organizations, and workforce partners, the fair showcased the strength and unity of the Central Ohio community.

These partnerships play a critical role in supporting families who are new to the United States or navigating multilingual and multicultural experiences. By providing direct access to resources, bilingual support, and culturally responsive services, the fair helped reduce barriers and create meaningful pathways for long‑term success.
