Lead The Way Partners with Spectrum to Bring Immersive Learning to West High School

On October 27, Lead The Way (LTW) was honored to participate in a special check presentation ceremony hosted by Spectrum at West High School. This meaningful event marked an exciting milestone in expanding access to innovative career exploration tools for Columbus students.

Through Spectrum’s generous donation of virtual reality headsets, LTW students will gain hands-on exposure to immersive training environments designed to help them explore career pathways, practice technical skills, and build confidence in real-world scenarios. These resources will play a vital role in helping young people better understand the opportunities ahead of them—and prepare for them with purpose.

A heartfelt thank-you goes to Councilmember Melissa Green from the City of Columbus for joining the event. Her presence, insightful remarks, and genuine interest in the work LTW is doing made a lasting impact. We are grateful for her commitment to supporting youth development and community-driven education initiatives.

We also extend our appreciation to West High School for hosting the event and for their ongoing partnership. Their collaboration continues to strengthen our ability to provide students with meaningful, future-focused learning experiences.

As LTW continues its mission to empower students through hands-on career exploration, partnerships like these make all the difference. Together, we are helping young people lead the way toward bright and promising futures.
