Lead The Way Partners with West High School for Back-to-School Bash

Lead The Way was honored to participate in West High School’s Back-to-School Bash, a celebration designed to prepare students and families for a strong start to the school year.

As a proud community partner, Lead The Way joined West High School staff, families, and other organizations to ensure students have the tools and resources they need to succeed. Our team helped provide computer bag giveaways, and we connected

with families to share valuable information about the Achieve More & Prosper (AMP) program.

The AMP program gives students access to mentorship, career readiness, and workforce development opportunities that help them build pathways to success both inside and outside of the classroom. By engaging directly with students and their families at this event, we were able to highlight how Lead The Way empowers young people to take charge of their futures.

Our ongoing partnership with West High School reflects our shared commitment to creating supportive environments where students can thrive academically, socially, and professionally. Together, we are building stronger foundations for the next generation of leaders.
