This past Saturday, December 13th, the Lead the Way team had the pleasure of celebrating the season at the annual

BlockWatch Winter Holiday Event, a gathering that brought together families, neighbors, and community partners for a day of warmth and connection. The event was filled with festive energy, cheerful faces, and a shared commitment to supporting Central Ohio families during the holiday season.

As part of our ongoing mission to uplift and empower the community, Lead the Way proudly sponsored and provided 150 hats, gloves, and scarves to families attending the event. With temperatures dropping and winter settling in, ensuring that children and adults alike have access to warm essentials is one small but meaningful way we can contribute to their comfort and well‑being.

The distribution table quickly became a hub of activity as kids excitedly picked out their favorite colors and patterns, and families expressed heartfelt gratitude for the support. For our team, witnessing those smiles—and knowing that these items will help keep our neighbors warm—was the true highlight of the day.
