🚀 WEX/R2E Summer Cohorts Are Underway!

This summer, Lead The Way Learning Academy is excited to continue our WEX/R2E program with cohorts that began in late June and July! Students are engaging in hands-on, paid work experiences across multiple industries, gaining skills, credentials, and pre-apprenticeship opportunities that prepare them for the workforce.

Our summer cohorts include:

• Automotive with Performance Automotive

• Electrical with Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC)

• Construction with Unlimited Contractor Solutions (UCS)

• Web Development & CompTIA A+ with TechCorps

• Entrepreneurship, led by instructor Mary B. Relotto

By combining real-world application with professional instruction, students are not just learning—they’re doing, earning credentials, and building the next generation workforce. These programs empower students to step confidently into careers with experience, qualifications, and the skills employers need.
