Career Mentors & Coaches
If you have professional experience and a heart for young people, you can help students explore career pathways and prepare for what comes after graduation through resume development, mock interviews, goal-setting, and career-readiness conversations that help them imagine new possibilities.
Career Speakers & Community Advocates
Career speakers and community advocates help broaden horizons through storytelling and insight into real industries and experiences.
Community Days & Hands-On Support
Some of the most meaningful volunteering happens boots on the ground. From packing backpacks and hygiene kits to supporting food access initiatives or helping with community service events, these roles directly remove barriers for students and families.
Workforce Exposure & Event Support
Lead The Way hosts events that connect youth to employers, industries, and opportunity. Volunteers help make these experiences possible through panels, site visits, career fairs, and student engagement activities.
Transportation & Program Support
Reliable transportation and consistent adult support changes everything. Volunteers assist with program logistics, student supervision, or transportation-based needs.
