Jackie Kemp’s vision laid the foundation for Lead The Way and its commitment to serving youth and families. Anthony Murphy carries that mission forward through his leadership as CEO, guiding the organization’s work and expanding opportunities for young people. As Director of Partnerships, D’Sha Edge builds relationships that connect Lead The Way with businesses, organizations, and community resources.
Together, their contributions reflect the vision, leadership, and collaboration behind our work throughout Columbus and Franklin County.
